Go to Settings and share your household invite code. Your partner enters this code during signup to join your household.
Open Settings and tap "Connect Google Calendar." Sign in with your Google account and SitterLark will sync your babysitting events automatically.
SitterLark tracks what you owe each sitter. When you're ready to pay, tap the Venmo button and the amount and recipient are pre-filled. SitterLark does not process payments directly.
Premium gives you unlimited sitters, Google Calendar sync, full payment tracking with Venmo integration, and priority support. Free accounts are limited to 2 sitters.
First, make sure Google Calendar is connected: Settings > Connect Google Calendar. If it's connected but events aren't appearing, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account. Make sure you're granting calendar write permission when prompted. If the problem continues, email support@sitterlark.com with your device model.
They can rejoin your existing household by downloading SitterLark, signing in with their new account, and entering your household invite code. Your code is in Settings. All sitters and history will be restored.
Yes. SitterLark works as a single-user sitter manager too. You can add sitters, book events, and track payments on your own. The household sharing features activate when a second person joins, but they're not required.
SitterLark is currently iOS only. Android is on our roadmap — email support@sitterlark.com to be notified when it's available.
Go to the Sitters tab, tap the sitter's name, and select "Remove Sitter" at the bottom of their profile. Past bookings and payment history for that sitter are kept for your records.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > SitterLark to cancel or change your plan. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of your billing period.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. For unusual circumstances, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Email support@sitterlark.com with your account email and we will delete all your data within 30 days.
